Our queue system is integrated to Clinic Assist Software. It allows user to select the patient and call queue directly from queue log screen.
Further to that, it is linked to our patient mobile apps (eHealthAssist). Patient is able to request for queue and monitor queue status from the comfort of their home. This is extremely useful in times of pandemic where social distancing is encouraged.
