The list of HSG Enhancement/New Features:

Health Goal: New Fields

– Current Visit Mode Field with ptions: Face-to-Face / Video Consult / Phone Consult
          Default: Auto-populated based on visit type (teleconsult → Video Consult; others → Face-to-Face)

– Physical Copy of Health Plan to Enrollee Field with options: Yes / No
          Default: No

– The “Copy Previous” function will ignore both fields and allow default/auto-population logic to apply.
– These fields will not be reflected in printed Health Plans (including reprints), even when populated.

Health Goal – Vaccination

– Addition of RHZV and PCV20 vaccines.
– PCV will be renamed to PCV13.
– HPV will be removed from the vaccination list.
– Enhancement to the “Copy Previous” function:
          Influenza vaccine selection will be copied regardless of whether “Repeat Annually” was previously selected.
          Suggested Next Dose Date will not be copied.

Health Goal – Diet

– Added a new goal: “Have adequate calcium intake.”
– Revision of “Limit saturated fat intake” to “Limit saturated and trans fats intake.”
– For patients with Diabetes and Hypertension, “Control calorie intake” will be auto-selected when BMI ≥ 23 kg/m².
– Updates to the “Default Advice Served to Residents” description.

Submission -> HSG -> Enrollment List -> Health Plan

– Newly added HSG Health Plan Dashboard for easy tracking of annual health plan check-ins and submission status
