Please check the label is inserted below the sensor

Printer print out garbage characters

Please check is the printer cable on both end is tightly connected to PC and printer.

Printer not printing

Solution

Please go to print queue to clear all print job

Printer print label exceed the printer height

Solution

Please calibrate the printer.

To calibrate, press the pause button on the printer, switch off and on the printer, wait till the sound of printer and release the pause button
